Leading U.S. Veteran and Military-Spouse Founders Compete for Prizes up to $25K
SAN FRANCISCO, Aug. 4, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- VetsinTech, the leading national nonprofit dedicated to supporting U.S. Military Veterans and military-spouses through tech-based programs and opportunities in education, employment and entrepreneurship, today announced the semi-finalists in its 2025 Startup Pitch competition. Now in its fifth year, the annual competition recognizes and accelerates early-stage startups founded by U.S. military veterans and spouses.
The annual startup pitch event – where founders present their ideas to an esteemed panel of business and finance experts – is proudly hosted by VetsinTech and sponsored by J.P. Morgan.
Five finalists will advance to the final round of VetsinTech's startup pitch competition, where they will compete live for cash prizes at the VetsinTech event from 4-7 p.m. PT on August 12, 2025, at the San Francisco office of a16z. Winners will be announced during the in-person pitch event. The military veteran or spouse-owned startups advancing to the final round are:
Deepinvent.AI
An AI-driven invention engine that rapidly transforms ideas into valuable intellectual property, revolutionizing innovation across critical industries, including semiconductor, aerospace, and automotive. Backed by a $500,000 investment from Antler, the platform accelerates the patent development process and helps companies protect their most valuable innovations.
Entropy Robotics
A specialized robotics company offering scalable, NDAA-compliant edge machine learning solutions designed for small robots and autonomous systems. With strategic partnerships already in place, the company focuses on applications in crop yield prediction and industrial automation, positioning itself at the intersection of AI and robotics compliance.
Quivly AI
A B2B AI platform that provides intelligent agents designed explicitly for post-sales teams to enhance customer success and retention. The company has secured top-tier enterprise clients, including Redis and Upflex, demonstrating strong market validation in the competitive AI agent space.
WorkUp
An AI-powered hiring marketplace that has achieved over $500,000 in sales while serving both B2B and B2C markets. With strong traction among leading universities, including USC and UCLA, the platform streamlines talent acquisition through intelligent matching and automated recruitment processes.
Yuzi Care
